To best understand GlobalTrack’s pricing it’s useful to define the terms being used.
RUN
A Run is defined as a single run of one pig through one pipeline.
PROJECT
A Project is one or more Runs taking place in one or more pipelines. What precisely constitutes a Project is often determined by how the end customer groups his work.
CREDIT
Within GlobalTrack a credit is a token that is consumed to allow a Run simulation to take place. One credit is consumed for each Run.
Pay-As-You-Go
CDI GlobalTrack provides a simple method for purchasing single runs with no long-term commitment whatsoever. We call this Pay-As-You-Go. If you are interested in trying GlobalTrack, but don’t wish to be committed to a subscription, this is the best method.
Annual Subscription
CDI GlobalTrack provides annual subscriptions that give up to a 42% discount on individual Runs.
An annual subscription exists for a period of one year and provides a fixed number of pig tracking runs which may take place anywhere in the world.
An unlimited number of clients may be connected to the GlobalTrack service at any one time and run data may be freely manipulated and up/downloaded by users whom you provide with sufficient rights on the platform.
If necessary, additional runs may be purchased for an annual subscription at the same pricing tier with no penalty.
In addition to the significant per-run discount over pay-as-you-go, an annual subscription allows the client to upload and use his own branding and logos on the primary map user interface, on personnel location icons on the map screen and on printed (PDF) reports.
Annual subscriptions also receive free technical support via email/telephone during normal business hours for any data integration and run issues that you may encounter.
Credit Bundles
For those with an annual subscription, credits for individual runs can be purchased at price points of 25, 50, 100 and 125+ at discounts over pay-as-you-go of up to 42%.
Unused runs at the end of an annual subscription period may be added to the next annual subscription period provided that there is
No break between annual subscriptions and
That the new annual subscription is for the same or greater number of runs than the previous annual subscription
Example
A client has 15 runs remaining on a 100 run annual term and purchases 100 runs in a new annual term, his new annual term will have 115 runs.

Other Services
Simple Data Integration
When a pipeline survey exists in the form of KML/KMZ or Shapefile for a pipeline, CDI can construct the Project for the client. We call this “simple data integration”.
CDI will process, import, and validate a client’s KML or Shapefile data, AGM points, site sketches, previous tracking sheets, surveys, notes, etc. This process takes a client’s existing data and produces a fully-functional, ready-to-launch project in GlobalTrack.
Complex Data Integration
Complex Data Integration takes place when no KML or Shapefile centerline data exists for the pipeline route or if the pipeline requires customization in some way.
CDI will work with the client to produce a fully functional and ready-to-launch data set.
GlobalTrack projects created in this way remain the property of the client and can be reused indefinitely under the Data Storage and Accessibility Policy below.
Technical Support
Technical Support for GlobalTrack is provided typically via email or telephone. In some instances a web meeting may be necessary to help clarify the problem or question.
There is an hourly fee for this advanced technical support.

Technical Support is included for annual subscription clients.
Training
A single half-day (4 hour) training session on the use of all aspects of GlobalTrack including Data Importation and Integration, Tracking Sheet use, report generation, etc. This training can be performed online or in CDI’s training center in Tulsa, OK.
CDI recommends no more than 10 per class.
